Application Process

Standard Dilution Method (1:10)

Add room temperature water, turn on low-speed stirring to form a vortex
Slowly add the weighed Soft Flake, turn on the heating device at the same time
Raise the temperature to 65-75°C, and adjust the speed according to the situation
Continue until the product completely dissolves into a milky white liquid
Cool down to safe temperature, filter out the material, and store with a cover

Cold Water Process (Alternative Method)

Turn on stirring and slowly add the Soft Flake to water at about 30°C
Stir and disperse, soak for 2 hours (or overnight)
Stir at low speed until completely dissolved (fast stirring creates more foam)

Usage Guidelines

Dipping method: 1:10 dilute liquid dosage: 3~10% (o.w.f)
Temperature: 40~50°C
Bath ratio: 1:10~15
Time: 30min
Padding method: 1:10 dilute liquid dosage: 20~50 g/L

Storage & Handling

Waterproof storage, prevent extrusion
Stacking height should not exceed 8 layers
Store below 35°C
Shelf life: One year from production date
Dilution should be finished one-time or must be sealed
Package: 25kg/Bag

Important Notes

Clean the chemical container before mixing to avoid problems
If mixing with other auxiliaries, inform the laboratory in advance for compatibility testing
A small amount of insoluble flakes may attach to the stirring shaft - filter as needed
Use up the dissolved emulsion at one time; if not used up, it must be sealed and stored
